Στη γιορτή ενηλικίωσης της Ananda, ο κήπος του Micallef φόρεσε τα γιορτινά του. Όλα τα Φρούτα συγκεντρώθηκαν γύρω από το Βρύινο κρεβάτι της και έστειλαν το ζουμερό Ροδάκινο να την ξυπνήσει, γαργαλώντας της τη μύτη. Η Μέντα έβαφε όλο το πρωινό πράσινες τις κούπες από τις λευκές Καρύδες και όταν τελείωσε, αγκάλιασε το αγαπημένο της Φασκόμηλο σε έναν υγρό χορό με συνοδούς τα πέταλα των Ρόδων και τους χυμούς του Λίτσι .Το νέκταρ αυτό πότισε τα χείλη της ξανθής ομορφονιάς, μόλις εκείνη άνοιξε τα μάτια της, την ώρα που ένας κρυστάλλινος Μόσχος ξέπλενε το κορμί της. Γλυκά Μανταρίνια και Πικρά Πορτοκάλια έγιναν το μεσημεριανό της, τη μέρα εκείνη... Το κατακόκκινο Γεράνι έβαψε το ύφασμα από το φόρεμά της, οι Αρτεμισίες και τα Δενδρολίβανα στόλισαν τα βάζα της. Οι Μανώλιες ΄προσφέρθηκαν να στολίσουν τα μαλλιά της, όμως το Χρυσό Υλάνγκ-Υλάνγκ, πήρε από το χέρι την αγαπημένη του Βανίλια και με σφραγίδα αγάπης τα φιλιά του πάθους του, πλησίασε την Ananda.- Εγώ θα στολίσω τα χρυσαφένια σου μαλλιά, της ψιθύρισε.
Έτσι, όλοι πλέον θα γνωρίζουν, ότι το άρωμά σου είναι Ylang in Gold…
At Ananda's coming-of-age celebration, Micallef's garden donned its festive attire. All the Fruits gathered around her Mossy bed and sent the juicy Peach to wake her up, tickling her nose. Mint spent all morning painting the cups green from the white Coconuts and when she finished, she embraced her beloved Sage in a wet dance accompanied by Rose petals and Lychee juices. This nectar watered the blonde beauty's lips, as soon as she she opened her eyes as a crystalline Musk washed over her body. Sweet Tangerines and Bitter Oranges became her lunch that day... Crimson Geranium dyed the fabric of her dress, Artemisias and Rosemary adorned her vases. The Magnolias offered to decorate her hair, but the Golden Ylang-Ylang, took the hand of his beloved Vanilla and with a seal of love the kisses of his passion, approached Ananda.- I will decorate your golden hair, he whispered to her .
